 I came to travel advising when life momentarily paused my own adventures. A leg injury grounded me, and for the first time, I wondered how — or even if — I’d continue exploring the world. If I was destined to travel vicariously through others, then I would make their journeys unforgettable.

By then, I had lived in Asia, worked aboard cruise ships, and explored nearly sixty countries. I knew what it meant to travel deeply — to seek the hidden corners of the world and the rare moments that linger long after you return home. I also knew that travel should never feel transactional. It should feel personal, intuitive, effortless.

That belief became the foundation of Heidiway Travel. What clients valued most wasn’t just my expertise — it was the connection. The reassurance of someone who always answers the phone, remembers your name, and says, “Hey Todd, how’s the beach? Should we adjust your flight home?”

Heidiway Travel was born from doing things my way: with care, understanding, and honest advice — because luxury, at its core, is feeling seen, understood, and completely taken care of.
